Course 102-01 - The Verisurf Interface

This course introduces the elements of the Verisurf interface, including the Operations Manager, tool bars and ribbon bars, the Graphics Window and various other program interface controls.
Course

Course 102-02 - CAD System Basics

This course describes the Mastercam CAD tools that are available in Verisurf, including configuration, graphics views, entity selection, analysis, masking, levels and modification of attributes such as color.
Course

Course 102-03 - Alignments and Transformations

This course provides both a theoretical and practical explanation of alignments and transformations, and explains how they are applied to points, geometric features and devices.
Course

Course 102-04 - The Device Manager

This course describes the use of the Device Manager to control measurement devices, including assignment and activation, calibration, thermal compensation and the use of digital readouts.
Course

Course 102-05 - AutoAlign

This course describes the use of the model-based alignment AutoAlign for aligning devices as well as imported data.
Course

Course 102-06 - Inspect/Build and Analysis Settings

This course describes the settings that are used to control Inspect/Build and Analysis of tolerance calculations and the graphical rendering of Analysis Objects.
Course

Course 102-07 - The Measure Manager

This course describes the controls and settings used during the measurement of points, clouds and geometric features, as well as Inspect/Build mode.
Course

Course 102-08 - Measuring Features

This course explains how to configure projection and calculation settings, probe-compensation and constraints to measure and edit points, clouds and geometric features.
Course

Course 102-09 - Feature-based Alignments

This course describes how the feature-based alignments 3-Point Align and Feature-Align are used to construct feature- and device-alignments, and how WCS from Measured Features is used to construct a WCS.
Course

Course 102-10 - The Report Manager

This course explains how the Report Manager is used to create and format Report Objects using measured, constructed and scalar features, and how it's used to generate report files.
Course

Course 102-11 - The Analysis Manager

This course explains how the Analysis Manager is used to best-fit and analyze measured and imported points to a nominal model in order to create an Analysis Object.
Course

Course 102-12 - WCS and the View Manager

This course describes the purpose of the WCS, how the View Manager is used to manage WCS and how WCS are constructed using various functions.
Course

Course 102-13 - Installing and Running Verisurf

This optional course explains how to install Verisurf and the Verisurf VDI, how to install a device, and how to verify the installation. A separate Certificate of Completion is awarded for passing the course quiz.
